About BASE

BASE Aircraft Leasing & Management LLC is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was formed in 2020 as an aircraft sales, leasing and financing company with expertise in structural modifications, including design, development and implementation of Supplemental Type-Certificates (STC) covering a variety of P2F Cargo conversion programs for narrow and wide-body aircraft. Presently, our primary focus is sales, leasing and conversions of wide-body passenger and cargo aircraft serving a diverse client base in Europe and Asia.

Our management team has over 50 years of combined aircraft sales, leasing and technical management experience and utilizes a wide range of relationships with major international banks, hedge funds, and various syndication networks in order to provide a wide array of economically sensible options to our customers. Our experience indicates that every sale, lease or modification project is dynamic in nature and requires a careful understanding of the client’s requirements from the beginning to final delivery of the aircraft.
